2. Overview

PlushiePass is an offline app. We collect as little data as possible. This privacy policy informs you about what data is processed when using the app and this website.

3. Data Processing in the App

3.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

• Photos of plush toys
• Names and attributes of plush toys
• Care history

This data relates to plush toys, not to persons. Should users voluntarily enter personal information (e.g., a child's name as "owner"), this data is stored exclusively on the device and is never transmitted to our servers or third parties.

Legal basis: Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3.2 iCloud Sync (Optional)

If iCloud synchronization is enabled for PlushiePass, the above data is stored in the user's iCloud. The controller for iCloud storage is Apple Inc. Apple's privacy policy applies.

iCloud synchronization is controlled via iOS system settings (Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps → PlushiePass). It cannot be deactivated within the app itself.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest in cross-device synchronization (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can disable synchronization at any time in your iOS settings.

3.3 In‑App Purchases

Purchases are processed exclusively through Apple. PlushiePass only receives confirmation of whether a purchase was successful. We do not receive any payment data, credit card information, or Apple ID details.

4. No Processing of Children's Data

PlushiePass does not process any personal data from children. In child mode, no data is collected, stored, or transmitted to third parties. The app thus meets the requirements of GDPR Art. 8 (consent of children) and the Apple App Store Guidelines for children's apps.

5. Tracking & Analytics

PlushiePass uses no tracking, no analytics tools, and no advertising. No usage data is transmitted to us or any third parties.

6. This Website

6.1 Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When accessing the site, access data (IP address, timestamp, page accessed) is technically processed by the hosting provider in server log files.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest in providing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6.2 Fonts

This website uses the font "Nunito" (licensed under the SIL Open Font License). The font is served locally from our server. No connection to Google servers is made.

7. Storage Duration

Locally stored app data remains on your device until you manually delete it or uninstall the app. Server log data from the web host is typically deleted automatically after 30 days.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Rectification (Art. 16) – Correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure (Art. 17) – Right to be forgotten
